Thank you for your interest in residence at the Primero Grove Apartments, located on-campus at University of California at Davis. We are excited to offer the students at Davis a great opportunity for convenient, apartment-style housing. Primero Grove is owned and professionally managed by EAH University Communities, a non-profit housing organization.

Primero Grove Housing Requirements

Who is eligible to live at Primero Grove? Priority is given to students enrolled at the University of California at Davis, as follows:

1. First priority is given to full-time, continuing, professional, or graduate students at the University of California at Davis. These students must be enrolled for two consecutive semesters.
2. Second priority is given to incoming transfer full-time students only with permission in writing by Student Housing accommodating special needs.
3. Third priority is given to incoming freshmen only with permission in writing by Student Housing accommodating special needs.

Incoming freshmen and incoming transfers (whom would be considered such by transferring to UCD for the fall, winter or spring quarter of the academic year) are not eligible to reside at Primero Grove for the current year but may apply for the following academic year. Exceptions have been granted by Student Housing on a case by case basis for the following reasons:

• Incoming transfer student, 24 yrs or older.
• Disability access reasons.

Please keep in mind that Primero Grove provides 12 month leases only. All residents must meet credit criteria and landlord reference check.

Applying to Primero Grove

Primero Grove's application period is now closed for 2008-2009. Primero Grove opens for new applications each January. Thank you for your interest in our community.

Application Process

• Download the Primero Grove housing application. Please fill it out and return it to the Primero Grove office during our designated application period.
• A non-refundable processing fee of $25.00 will be required to accompany your application.
• Payment must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order. Please make payment out to Primero Grove Apartments.
• Each occupant is required to submit an individual application, accompanied with the processing fee. Please submit applications for the entire household at the same time.
• Depending on availability, you will receive a phone call or letter through USPS in February.

Qualifications

• Applicant must have 75% or more of positive credit references (medical collections exempted).
• Applicant must not have any personal bankruptcy discharged in the last 24 months. Applicant must not have been evicted within the last five years.
• Applicant will be disqualified for negative landlord reference or personal references within the past three years.
• All applications must be fully completed and list correct information on the application to avoid disqualification.
• Applicant will be disqualified if involved in incidents of violence, property damage/bodily injury, or crimes involving drugs or of a sexual nature.
